Practical information

School hours extend from 7:45 a.m. for drop-off until 3:15 p.m. Classes commence promptly at 8:30 a.m., requiring parents to ensure their children are on campus before this time.

Children at our school have the chance to enjoy snacks brought from home at any time during their work cycle, starting after the initial half-hour settling period. For lunch, families can opt to provide meals from home or opt for catering services, available at an additional cost. Our catering menu rotates monthly and features vegetarian options. In alignment with our commitment to health, we maintain a no-sugar policy during school hours, promoting healthier dietary choices to minimize sugar intake. Additionally, we strictly enforce an allergy-aware, nut-sensitive policy to ensure the safety of all our students.

Students also have the opportunity to sign up to our Afternoon Clubs, which run every day from 3.30 p.m until 4:45 p.m. at an extra cost. The Afternoon Clubs are not only available to the students who attend our school but are also open to the public. The clubs vary from term to term and they include (but are not limited to) Afro-Brazilian Capoeira, Drama Club, Chess Club, Spanish lessons, Choir and Group Singing, Art Extravaganza, Yoga for Kids and English for beginners (ages 5-9).
